The Warriors' season ended at the 2024 WHAC Championships on Saturday, April 20, with freshman Marc Bofarull highlighting the finale with a First Team All-Conference nomination. Bofarull's honor is the first WHAC award a Warrior golfer has won since Rochester Christian became a member in 2017.
On Tuesday morning, the Warriors put up a stellar team performance powered by freshman Marc Bofarull's first-place finish at the A.C. Eddy Invitational. As a team, the Warriors placed third of 15 teams, tying with hosts Trine University at 302.
It was a successful day for the Warrior golf program, with men’s golf taking first place of seven teams at the Cleary Fall Invitational. Freshman Marc Bofarull led the way for Rochester, shooting a 69 en route to a first-place medal in the competition.
After being ranked last in the WHAC’s 2023 Preseason Poll, Men’s Golf was able to turn heads on Monday and Tuesday, earning its highest finish after stroke play (second) and highest finish in the final round (fourth) in program history.
Men’s golf finished in sixth of 14 teams at the 2023 Lourdes Fall Invite on Tuesday morning, with senior Dominic Gappy being named to the event’s All-Tournament Team after a top three performance.
