WOMEN'S WRESTLING EARNS FIRST-EVER PLACEMENTS AT ALBION INVITATIONAL
Women's Wrestling completed a series of firsts for the program on Sunday morning, with the team securing its first-ever tournament and individual placements at the Albion Invitational. Rochester placed 11th of 17 teams at the event.
ALBION, Mich. - Women's Wrestling completed a series of firsts for the program on Sunday morning, with the team securing its first-ever tournament and individual placements at the Albion Invitational. Rochester placed 11th of 17 teams at the event.
The Warriors' Natalie Kutzli and Alexandria Sparks earned individual placements during the invitational, which marks the first time both have done so in their careers. Kutzli placed in third in the 143 lb. weight class, while Sparks took fifth in the 123 lb. weight class.
UP NEXT
The Warriors will host their first-ever home meet when the team takes on Alma at Garth Pleasant Arena on Nov. 30.
