TEN WARRIORS EARN PLACEMENTS AT ALMA OPEN
Saturday was a very successful day for the Warriors at the Alma Open. Rochester secured ten different placements during the event, which was the most in a single event by the team all season.
ALMA, Mich. - Saturday was a very successful day for the Warriors at the Alma Open. Rochester secured ten different placements during the event, which was the most in a single event by the team all season.
Senior Kyle Scott led the team with the highest weight class placement of third in the 197 class. Three wrestlers - Rico Brown, Julius Polk, and Jackson Schenk - secured fourth-place finishes in their respective weight classes. Nate Young and Aydin Wagner earned fifth place honors, while four Warriors - Caiden Hampton, Teveion Etchen, Dylan Coleman, and Cristian Rojas - earned sixth place in their weight classes.
