(Southfield, MI) - The Rochester Christian men's volleyball team returned to action following spring break with a trip to #6 Lawrence Tech on Tuesday evening. LTU took advantage early on to earn the WHAC win.
The first set of the match had LTU earning a 25-13 win, out-hitting the Warriors 16 to 4 in kills, and had a .538 hitting percentage. RCU was never able to gain momentum in the set.
Set two saw more dominance from the Blue Devils with a 25-12 win. LTU once again out-hit RCU 9 kills to 4 kills. LTU took advantage of the Warriors' 12 errors.
The final set saw RCU hit 14 points, but it would ultimately lose the set and the match. LTU once again had 9 kills to RCU's 4.
Josh Eaton led the team with nine kills in the game, with Cooper Dutton making his season debut with 11 assists to pace the offense.
Nehemiah Rosillo and Cooper Dutton led the back line with eight digs each, with Emarian Buchanan tallying a team high three blocks.
