WARRIORS SECURE HOME OPENER WIN AGAINST LAMBTON

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. - In a highly anticipated home opener at Garth Pleasant Arena on November 2, 2024, the Rochester Christian University Warriors displayed a commanding performance against the Lambton Lions, securing a comfortable 95-66 win to start their regular season. After a high-scoring first half from both teams, the Warriors locked things down on defense and created on the offensive end to open the game up.

THE RUNDOWN

Center James Fisher led the scoring with an impressive 23 points, giving the home crowd plenty to cheer about. Key contributions also came from Brody Parker and Brett White, who added 21 and 14 points, respectively. Dustin Farrow rounded off the top scorers with ten points, ensuring the Warriors stayed ahead throughout the game. Noteworthy, several players, including Tre Walker, Jeremy Neal, Ashton Goul, and Lucas Brannen scored their first collegiate points, marking a memorable debut.

A pivotal moment was Fisher's alley-oop courtesy of Gunner Walters during the second half, which boosted the team's momentum following a timeout.
