Women's Cross Country places 18th at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic

(Wilmington, OH) - The Rochester Christian women's cross country team competed last Friday at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic at Wilmington College in Ohio. The event featured the teams running a 5KM race with 194 individual runners and 22 teams competing. The Warriors as a team finished in 18th-place with a score of 496 and a team time of 1:58:48.

Live Hatch from Eastern Michigan took home the top individual spot after running a time of 18:04.0. Hatch aided her team to a first place finish at the event as well with a score of 66 with four top-16 finishes.

The Warriors will travel to the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Saturday, October 25 with a 9 AM start.
