Women's Track and Field compete at the Jeremy Croy Classic

(Tiffin, OH) - The Rochester Christian women's track and field team competed at the Jeremy Croy Classic at Tiffin University on Saturday. The team finished the event with three top-10 finishers with one personal best time. 

 

TRACK PERFORMANCES
Aurora Jacobs and Mackenzie Montagano were the two runners for the team at the event. 

 

Jacobs would take part in the 800-Meter run, and wind up placing second, running a personal-best time of 2:35.36.

 

Montagano ran in the Mile, earning a 10th-place finish and finishing with a time of 5:52.73.

FIELD PERFORMANCES
Mckenzie Reese finished the shot put event with a throw of 9.39 meters on her final throw. Reese would place 10th for the event.

The team will be back on Friday January 30-31 when they head to the Jet's Pizza Invitational at Saganaw Valley State University.
