Women's Soccer ends season in the WHAC Quarterfinals against UNOH

(Lima, OH) - The Rochester Christian women's soccer team began the 2025 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Tournament on Saturday afternoon at the University of Northwestern Ohio for the Tournament Quarterfinals. 

 

A tightly contested first half saw the Racers put up one goal in the 32nd minute to make the halftime score 1-0. UNOH led the shot column in the half 4-2. 

 

Starting in the 64th minute, UNOH would begin to put distance in between the two teams with the second goal. The Racers added two more goals in the 73rd and 76th minutes before tllying the fifth in the 89th minute. 

 

Jenna Schodowski recorded three shots in the game, while Olivia Howes was able to put up one shot. 

 

Brooklyn Perron (6-8-3) started the game in net for RCU, saving five of the nine shots she faced in her 80:40 minutes of play. Mackenzie Fournier played the final 9:20 and allowed one goal.
