Howes earns third WHAC Player of the Week honor of the Season
(Rochester Hills, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced its weekly Players of the Week for October 13-19 and Rochester Christian's women's soccer player Olivia Howes earned the honor for the third time this season.
Howes, a senior from Leonard, Michigan, scored a trio of goals in a midweek matchup against Michigan-Dearborn to give her nine on the season. Not only did Howes have a solid day against the Wolverines, she set the career goal scoring record, scoring her 31st in the same match, passing Ashlin Taylor (2015-2018) for the record.
The Warriors are heading into their final week of the regular season with one home and one away game left on the schedule. The Warriors open up the week hosting the 24th-ranked Saints from Aquinas at 1 PM on Wednesday, October 22, before traveling down to Defiance College on Saturday, October 25 at 1 PM.
