(Howell, MI) - The Rochester Christian women's soccer team headed to Cleary University for a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) matchup. The Cougars grabbed a second-half goal, and that was enough for Cleary to leave with a 1-0 victory.

RCU falls to 5-5-4 overall and 1-2-4 in WHAC play, while the Cougars improve to 5-7-2 overall and 1-4-2 in conference play.

Brooklyn Perron (4-5-3) played the full 90 minutes in net, making two saves on three shots she faced.

On the afternoon, RCU outshot the Cougars 23-5 in the game, which included a 6-2 advantage in the first half, followed by a 17-3 advantage in the second half.

Cleary was able to grab the game's sole goal in the 57th minute of the game. The Warriors recorded a corner kick with about 19 seconds remaining, but they were unable to record a shot on goal in that time frame.
