Women's Soccer plays to draw with Siena Heights

(Rochester Hills, MI) - The Rochester Christian women's soccer team traveled to Adrian, Michigan as the team matched up against the Saints from Siena Heights in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) matchup.
Brooklyn Perron (4-3-1) earned the draw in the match, making seven saves in the effort.
Siena Heights got the first shot off in the game, with Brooklyn Perron making the save. After a couple more SHU shots throuhgout the first 38 minutes, the Saints were able to grab the 1-0 lead.
The second half was RCU's turn to take their shots on goal, outshooting the Saints, 6-4. The Warriors offense was stalled due to a lightning delay. Shortly following the delay, RCU's Mya Freeland would even the game up, after receiving a pass from Jenna Schodowski. Siena had a couple more opportunities to score before the final whistle, but were unable to get anything past Brooklyn Perron.
