LeBlanc, Williamson Score Against Aquinas in Loss During Home Opener

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI - Warrior Women's Lacrosse was unable to get the win in their home opener against Aquinas College, being defeated 20-2. An early scoring run by Aquinas in the first quarter was difficult for the Warriors to recover from.
In the third quarter, the Warriors' Brynn LeBlanc was able to get an unassisted score as she went down the right side of the net and got the ball past two Aquinas defenders. LeBlanc made another great play in the fourth quarter, taking advantage of the open field and setting up a score for Rochester's Samantha Williamson, who curled around the left side of the goal and lasered a ball past the keeper.

Rochester will stay at home for an April 5 matchup against Indiana Tech at 5:00.
