Women's Golf competes at the Cleary Cougar Invite

(South Lyon, MI) - The Rochester Christian women's golf team competed at the Cleary Cougar Invite on Tuesday at the Moose Ridge Golf Club in South Lyon, Michigan. The event featured one round of play on a rainy afternoon. 

 

The Warriors would finish the afternoon with a total score of 525 and in eighth place. 

 

RCU SCORES
The top golfer for the Warriors was Anna Ferguson, scoring a 116 for the tournament. Mackenzie Murock and Brooke Cicero were next up with scores of 123 and 135, respectively. Jessica Cadman rounded out the group with a score of 151.


REST OF FIELD PERFORMANCES

The Spring Arbor Cougars would complete the tournament with a first-place finish after scoring a 370 throughout the one-round tournament. 

 

Claire Recker from Lourdes was the top individual on the day, beating the field by three strokes, scoring a 79. 

 

UP NEXT

The team will prepare for its final match of the fall season, which will happen on Monday, October 13, at the Sylvania Country Club in Sylvania, Ohio.
