Ritchie earns second WHAC Bowler of the Week honor of the season

(Rochester Hills, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its weekly Bowler of the Week for November 17-23, and Rochester Christian's women's bowler Sara Ritchie earned the honor for the second time this season. 

Ritchie, a junior from Flint, Michigan, earned the honors after aiding the team to a third-place finish at the BGSU Falcon Classic over the weekend. Individually, Ritchie earned runner-up at the Classic after posting a score of 664 over her three team games. She recorded a game high of 236 for the classic, while tying her program high mark for a three-game series. 

Ritchie currently also holds the program record after earning her fourth WHAC Bowler of the Week honors, and her second of the season. Sage Malott also earned a WHAC Bowler of the Week honor this season. 

RCU will be back on the lanes for the third WHAC event of the season on December 6 at the Five Star Lanes in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
