SARA RITCHIE NAMED WHAC BOWLER OF THE WEEK
Freshman bowler Sara Ritchie earned the first WHAC Women's Bowler of the Week award in her collegiate career on Monday, being recognized for her performances in the WHAC Grand Rapids Classic and Great Lakes Invitational that took place on Nov. 3 and Nov. 4, respectively. Ritchie earned the highest average placement amongst any WHAC bowler across the two events, including being the top WHAC bowler during the second invitational.

Ritchie earned the highest average placement amongst any WHAC bowler across the two events, including being the top WHAC bowler during the second invitational.
During Friday's event, Ritchie scored a total of 840 pins across four games (210 average), which was good for fourth overall (second in the WHAC). Following that up would be a second-place overall finish when Ritchie would bowl a four-game score of 799 (199.75 average). Ritchie is the first Warrior bowler to earn the honor since Tamera Robinson earned the award last season.
