Cross Country's Wyatt Emmons named WHAC Runner of the Week

(Rochester Hills, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced its weekly Runners of the Week for October 13-19 and Rochester Christian's men's cross country runner, Wyatt Emmons took home the honors this week for the first time. 

Emmons, a senior from Mayville, Michigan, ran at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic on Friday afternoon and took home a 25th-place finish. For the 8KM race, Emmons ran time of 26:40.8, while averaging 5:22.0 per mile. He aided the team to an 11th-place finish

The Warriors will travel to the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Saturday, October 25 with a 10 AM start.
