SEASON PREVIEW: Men's Cross Country set to run at Warrior Challenge

(Rochester Hills, MI) - The Rochester Christian Men's Cross Country team will hit the course for the first time in 2025 as they head to the Warrior Challenge at Willow Metropark in New Boston, MI, on Friday, September 12. The team is headed by first-year head coach Sean Nixon. 

 

RCU PERSONNEL

Five members of the 2024 team are returning for another season with Wyatt Emmons, Eli Hullinger, Chad Kocsis, Cameron Sterner, and Reece Welch all returning. Nathan Lawe is the sole newcomer to the team.

2025 SCHEDULE

Following the Warrior Challenge, RCU will have a pair of meets to round out September, on the 19th and 26th, as they will head to the Lansing CC Invite at the Grand Woods Park and the Siena Heights Invite at Siena Heights University. 

 

The Warriors will have a couple of weeks off until their next meet on October 17, when they head to Wilmington College in Ohio for the Jenna Strong Fall Classic, followed by the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids, MI, on October 25. 

 

The final race currently on the schedule for RCU is the WHAC Championships on November 7th at Siena Heights University.
