Men's Wrestling battles at the Indiana "Little State" Championships
(Indianapolis, IN) - The Rochester Christian men's wrestling team headed to Indiana for the Indiana "Little State" Championships over the weekend. As a team, the wrestlers would earn an overall record of 6-12 for the event.
The top two wrestlers for the event were Stanley Anderson and Dakota Quinlan, who both recorded 2-2 records.
Anderson picked up a fall win in 4:20, while also earning a 14-12 decision. Quinlan earned a 20-5 tech fall as well as a 10-1 major decision.
Aaron Wilson and Isaac Furlong were the other two Warriors to earn a win on the day. Wilson won a 7-0 decision match, with Furlong winning his match by forfeit.
The Warriors will be back in action when they head to Lindsey Wilson for a duel on Monday, December 15, in Columbia, Kentucky.
