WARRIORS WRAP UP INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS; HOLT WINS CONFERENCE HIGH JUMP TITLE
FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Warriors finished in seventh of ten participating teams at the 2025 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships at Indiana Tech's Doug Edgar Track & Field Complex on Friday and Saturday, headlined by junior Julian Holt securing an individual championship in the high jump event.
The Warriors scored 17 points in the event, which saw #14 Indiana Tech secure the team championship. Holt is RCU's first-ever conference champion in the high jump event across indoor or outdoor competitions, and was named to the WHAC's First Team All-Conference. Holt was the lone jumper to achieve the 2.03m standard.
Also scoring points for RCU was Wyatt Emmons, who placed fifth in the 1000m event, posting a time of 2:38.71. Emmons edged out two runners who trailed narrowly behind in time to add four points to the Warriors' total.
