Tauzik earns WHAC Defensive Player of the Week

(Rochester Hills, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) announced its weekly Players of the Week, and Rochester Christian's Kris Tauzik won this week's honor as the Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week. 

Tauzik, a senior from Sterling Heights, Michigan, collected his first complete game shutout on Saturday in RCU's first win of the season. Tauzik made five saves in the match, with the Warriors down to 10 men on the field for the final 70 minutes. 

Tauzik and the Warriors will be back on the pitch twice this week as they close out their non-conference schedule against Goshen on Wednesday, before opening WHAC play against #12 Indiana Tech at home on Saturday.
