Men's Golf places 8th at final fall event

(Sylvania, OH) - The Rochester Christian men's golf team wrapped up its 2025 fall season at the Lourdes Fall finale last week, competing at the Sylvania Country Club in Ohio. Five different Warriors competed in the event, aiding the Warriors to an eighth-place finish with a total score of 329.

Making his fourth appearance in the top-10, was Daniel Runkel who finished in eighth-place, scoring a round of 76. Next up was Jamie Sanchez who totaled 83 strokes in his round. The final two scoring players were Francisco Funtanet and Braylon Games who both scored an 85. 

Rounding out the team was Tomas Beltran who finished his round with a score of 87.

REST OF FIELD PERFORMANCES

Ohio Northern wass the top team at the event, recording a score of 300, besting second-place by five strokes. 

Nick Miller, also from Ohio Northern, shot -2 for the day, while recording a score of 70 to take the top individual spot.
