Men's Golf takes 7th at Cleary Invitational

Results

(Howell, MI) - The Rochester Christian men's golf team competed at the Cleary Invitational in Howell, Michigan, earlier today at the Chuemung Hills Golf Club. The Warriors finished the day with a team score of 330 and in seventh place. 

 

RCU SCORES
Max Teschendorf continued his strong play to start the season with a score of 78 and a 14th-place finish. Jaime Sanchez and Francisco Funtanet were next up for the Warriors, finishing back-to-back with scores of 82 and 83, respectively. The final golfer for RCU was Tomas Beltran, who totaled an 887. 


TOURNAMENT RESULTS
The host team, Cleary, took home the top team spot with a total score of 299, beating out Siena Heights by four strokes. 

 

Axel Houdaille from Cleary would be the top contributor for the Cougars, shooting a score of 68 and four below par.
