WARRIORS PLACE SEVENTH AT LOURDES SPRING INVITATIONAL
The Warriors finished seventh of 13 competing teams at the Lourdes Spring Invitational on April 16. Daniel Runkel led RCU with a sixth-place finish during the event, marking his second top 10 finish of the week. RCU finished behind hosts Lourdes and ahead of Olivet and Siena Heights.
OTTAWA LAKE, Mich. - The Warriors finished seventh of 13 competing teams at the Lourdes Spring Invitational on April 16. Daniel Runkel led RCU with a sixth-place finish during the event, marking his second top 10 finish of the week. RCU finished behind hosts Lourdes and ahead of Olivet and Siena Heights.
The Indiana Tech Warriors took home first place in the invitational. Runkel's sixth-place finish came off the heels of a +4 performance, tying one other golfer. Next up for the Warriors was Tyler Edwards, who placed 21st in the event after shooting a +7. Pete Greene was the Warriors' third-highest placer, placing 36th.
RCU will compete at Calvin College on April 21.
