EVAN EAGLE AND SARA RITCHIE EARN WHAC BOWLER OF THE WEEK HONORS
Warrior bowlers Evan Eagle and Sara Ritchie earned Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Bowler of the Week honors following their Columbia 300 Western Shootout performances on Oct. 12.
LIVONIA, Mich. - Warrior bowlers Evan Eagle and Sara Ritchie earned Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Bowler of the Week honors following their Columbia 300 Western Shootout performances on Oct. 12. For Eagle, this is the first time the freshman has won the award in his collegiate career. For Ritchie, this is her second time achieving this honor.
Eagle placed eighth amongst a total field of 339 men's bowlers* with a total pin count of 1359 in six games, averaging 226.5 pins per game. Eagle's average is a single-event career high.
Ritchie placed first among 183 women's bowlers*, bowling 1336 pins across six games and averaging 222.7 pins per contest.
The Warriors will resume play on Oct. 26 at AHBA #1 at SuperBowl in Canton, Mich.
