Bowling has BIG week in PA
Allentown, PA. - The Warriors Bowling Team traveled to Allentown Pennsylvania to compete in the first two Tier 1 tournaments of the season, the Roto Grip Keystone Quaker Classic and the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Classic. Both tournaments were challenging, but the Warriors of Rochester University showed their new-found toughness and grit to compete at the highest levels. In the Roto Grip Keystone Quaker Classic, the Men's team came in ninth place with a five game overall team total of 8387. The Women's team came in at number five with a 6951 overall team total. Carter Scillion won First Place overall with a 1076 and 215 avg for the day. For the Women our Sarah Lyerla came in sixth with a 921 and a 184 avg. For the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Classic, the Men finished 14th and the Women sixth. Our Tia Robinson finished in third place with a 969 overall and a 193 avg.. The Warriors will travel to Addison IL. to compete in the Kegel-ISBPA Midwest Collegiate Classic Jan 15th and 16th. We look to continue bowling great and having fun with our teammates. GO WARRIORS!
