Fisher earns his second WHAC Defensive Player of the Week honor of the season

(Rochester Hills, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its weekly men's basketball Players of the Week for the week of January 12-18. Rochester Christian's James Fisher earned his second honor of the season on the defensive end. 

Fisher, a senior from Macomb, Michigan, led the way defensively in the Warriors' pair of games this week, tallying his third double-double of the season with 10 points and 13 rebounds in the tight game against UNOH. Fisher would also total eight blocks (5 against UNOH) and four steals (2 in each game) on the week.

Fisher is joined by Tymias Williams (6x), as Warriors who has earned WHAC Player of the Week honors this season. 

RCU will return to the Garth Pleasant Arena on Wednesday, January 21, as they will play host to the Defiance Yellow Jackets at 7:30 PM.
