Tymias Williams earns 2nd WHAC Player of the Week honor of the Season

(Rochester Hills, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its weekly Players of the Week for November 10-16, and Rochester Christian's men's basketball's Tymias Williams earned honors for his defensive efforts in the Warriors' 2-0 week. 

Williams, a junior from New Baltimore, Michigan, averaged a double-double on the week in RCU's pair of games with 17.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. In addition, Williams averaged 1.5 steals and 1 block per game. Of Williams' 21 total rebounds, 16 of them came from the defensive side of the ball. 

Williams earns his second WHAC Player of the Week honor of the season, with the first occurring back on October 27 on the offensive side. 

The Warriors will be back in action on Saturday, November 22, as they return to WHAC play with a matchup against Northwestern Ohio at Garth Pleasant Arena. The game will tip off at 3 PM.
