WARRIORS TRAVEL TO FACE AQUINAS

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Warriors will look to end a two-game skid on Wednesday, Dec. 4, at the Sturrus Sports and Fitness Center against the Aquinas Saints. Tip-off is at 7:30 p.m. Last season, the Warriors and Saints split games, and the Warriors will look to get their first win in WHAC play.

THREE KEY THINGS

SAINTS' PAINT PRESENCE

The Saints possess the WHAC's top rebounder and leader in field goal percentage Caden Pokorzynski. Currently, the forward averages a double-double at 12.7 points and 10.7 rebounds per contest, while shooting 70.5% from the field. Pokorzynski is highly successful in the pick-and-roll and scores points off putbacks at a high frequency.

WARRIORS LOOK FOR DEFENSIVE ANSWERS

The Warriors have allowed 80 points in their last two games, both in losses. In games where the Warriors allow less than 80 points, the team sits at 4-0. The Saints currently average 72.1 points per game, and the Warriors will need to hold Aquinas to under that number to ensure success in this contest.

BEYOND THE ARC

The Warriors are currently the most efficient team in the conference, shooting threes at a 36.3% clip despite shooting the second-fewest attempts among WHAC teams. Several Warriors, including guard Brody Parker, forward Brett White, and guard Gunner Walters, have had high-impact games from beyond the three-point line. Maintaining that efficiency in this week's matchups will be key for the Warriors to catch up early in the race to the WHAC Tournament.

SPORTS INFORMATION SPOTLIGHT

The Warriors are tied for fourth in the conference in net efficiency and are currently among the WHAC's top three teams by record.

AROUND THE CONFERENCE

Three teams—#RV Cornerstone, Lourdes, and Indiana Tech—are undefeated heading into week three of conference play. The Saints are one of three teams at 2-1. Lourdes and Indiana Tech play 2-1 teams Lawrence Tech and Siena Heights, respectively, on Dec. 4.
