Bio

Austin Kunert enters his third year as a member of the Warriors' coaching staff. Kunert is the main offensive coach and specializes in working with the infielders.

Kunert graduated from Chippewa Valley High School in 2015 and played college baseball at (then) Rochester College. During his career at Rochester Christian, Kunert was a multiple-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete and was the Warrior's first WHAC Gold-Glove recipient.

COACH KUNERT ON AUSTIN:

"As a player, Austin was a gritty as they come. He is a tremendous leader and worker, and I knew he would set a great example for our players. It has been a great pleasure watching him grow into his own as a coach. He understands the game, but more importantly, he understands the players and how to effectively communicate with them and build relationships. It has also been a great privilege and a lot of fun to be coaching with my brother."
